Registration
Registration fee
The registration fee is 400€ per person.
The registration
fee includes full access to the school courses, lodging in
double rooms at the Institute, lunches and coffee breaks at the
school, social activities, transfers from and to Ajaccios airport at a
few pre-fixed times (other schedules will not be covered). Travel to Ajaccio and
dinners are
not included.
Since Son et Lumière is an "Ecole thématique CNRS", CNRS members are
exempted from registration fees.
Registration process
We kindly invite those approved to register as soon as possible. The deadline for registration is June 26th. Once registered, you will receive a letter from CNRS with instructions regarding the payment through bank transfer (or "bon de commande" in case of people residing in France) of the registration fee.
Limited funds are
available to partially support the assistance of some students. If
your participation is conditioned to this assistance, please
contact us sending a formal request to
setl@cab.cnea.gov.ar. A support letter from your
Thesis Director should be included.
Abstract submission
All participants are
expected to present their work during the School. The Organizing
Committee will decide whether the presentations will be oral or as
a poster after consideration of the abstracts. Please submit your
abstract through the link below before July 14th.
