Posters presentations

There will be two posters sessions, A and B. Please refer to the Book of Abstracts to determine in which session your presentation is due.

Oral presentations

To ensure the timeliness of the presentations, we will be using a dedicated computer to deliver the talks to the projection system. We encourage you to test the presentations the day before your talk is scheduled. You can provide us the file/s you will be using with a USB flash drive, or a SD memory card.

We strongly suggest to use open formats for files. Latest versions of PDF and ODP (LibreOffice) are preferred formats. Also Microsoft Office formats from MSOffice 2007 or superior are welcomed.

If you are planning to use videos in your presentation, please also have them cheked by our staff in advance. Colleagues from the Local Organizing Committee will be glad to help you.

Also we suggest the use of the most known fonts, to avoid unpleasant surprises, mainly in formulas.
